Join Sarah Marshall, canning book author and preservation expert, in this interactive three-part series. We will begin with quick pickling; you’ll learn how to make refrigerator pickles with local produce in new and unique combinations.
In this second class, I will teach you how to ferment sauerkraut on your countertop. I will send you the supply list, so you can make it right along with me.
We will make hot sauce together in the final class based on my sauce line Marshall’s Haute Sauce. This skill will last a lifetime and teach you the steps to preserve food for your friends and family safely. You will receive a supply list before each class so that you can make it with me.
