We will begin with quick pickling; you’ll learn how to make refrigerator pickles with local produce in new and unique combinations.

In the second class, I will teach you how to ferment sauerkraut on your countertop.

In this final class: We will make hot sauce together in the final class based on my sauce line Marshall’s Haute Sauce. I will send out the ingredients so you can make hot sauce right along with me.




These skills will last a lifetime and teach you the steps to preserve food for your friends and family safely. You will receive a supply list before each class so that you can make it with me.
