Mushrooms "a la macha"
This is my version of mushrooms al ajillo, I like to call them mushrooms “a la macha” !

Ingredients
8 ounce white mushrooms, sliced
3 clove garlic, chopped
1 tbsps salsa macha oil
1 tbsps salsa macha crunch
Preparation
1.- Heat the oil, add the garlic and stir until golden.
2.- Add the mushrooms, lower the heat to medium, cover with a lid stirring every now and then until they are soft and the water of the mushrooms has reduce.
3.- Remove from heat, add the chili crunch, stir, cover with the lid and let is stand for couple of minutes.
