Sicilian-born Alessandra Lauria pivoted from a corporate career in London to get in touch with her roots again, as she dedicated herself to the skill and art of pasta making. She is now a professional pasta maker, teacher, and restaurant consultant, across Europe and America. Kittch's Katie Quinn hosts this livestream in which she'll get behind Alessandra's homecoming to pasta, and also how Alessandra makes fun and drool-worthy food content to grow her business.
