Tina is a self taught baker that has been baking for as long as she can remember. Her foundation of baking knowledge started with learning from her mother and grandmother.

She loves to take classic recipes and put an Italuan twist on them.

Her many television appearances include The Chew, The Today Show, The Rachael Ray Show, Hallmark Home and Family, Bridge Street TV, Daytime TV, WGN Chicago Midday and Brunch, Atlanta & Co., New York Live, and CT Live.

Tina has spent the last decade participating in cooking, baking and recipe competitions which culminated in her crowning achievement: winning season 4 of The Great American Baking Show.

She currently teaches classes and does demonstrations in Westchester and Fairfield counties and is available for personalized group or individual instruction, as well as taking orders for her Italian cookies and small celebration cakes.
