Banh Tet is a traditional Vietnamese Lunar New Year dish that is eaten and gifted by many Vietnamese families world wide during Lunar New Year. Its comprised of savory sticky rice wrapped in banana leaves and filled with savory pork and mung beans or a sweet version can be made with ripe banana and coconut cream. During our stream, I’ll be showing you how to make vegan friendly banh tet filled with savory jack fruit pork and steam mung bean.
