Dr. Lezli + Puerto Rican based Chef María Mercedes discussed Chef’s reaction to IDE Impolite Conversation Episode #5: Climate Change + COVID-19 + Communities of Color: Vol 5. Black + Indigenous Farmers. The two also discussed the 1920 Jones Act and Sustainable Agriculture for survival in Puerto Rico. In addition to their chat, Chef prepared a demo of Vasito de Pulpo y Camarón.
