Dr. Lezli Levene Harvell noted a lack of representation of chefs and beverage professionals of color in the upper echelons of culinary culture. She founded The Iconoclast Dinner Experience (IDE) in 2015 to fill this void with a mission of elevating the diverse voices from throughout the globe making significant contributions to culinary culture. 

The IDE hosts high touch signature programming across the country. Lezli is the CHIEF CURATOR of the IDE and Host of IDE Impolite Conversation, IDE's Webby-nominated podcast. The IDE is also an Anthem Award-winning organization. Folks who join us on Kittch will have access to a diverse range of culinary and beverage professionals as well as cultural and sometimes Impolite Conversation.
