WLDFLR Gluten-Free Banana Bread
Delicious and easy-to-make, this soft and tender, warmly spiced quick bread mix makes a wonderful healthy treat! Just add fresh bananas, egg, oil or butter of choice, and vanilla to our chef-crated Banana Bread Mix in one bowl, mix, and bake! We like to use coconut oil, but it’s extra special with made with brown butter. You can even switch it up with pumpkin, sweet potato, or persimmon puree instead of banana for a special treat!
Ingredients
1 bag WLDLFR Gluten-Free Banana Bread + Muffin Mix
10 TBSP | 140 grams coconut oil, unsalted butter, brown butter, etc., melted
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 tsp | 5 grams vanilla extract
1 cup | 300 grams banana puree (about 3 bananas)
5 oz | 150 grams chocolate chips or nuts, optional
sugar in the raw, optional
Preparation
1.Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare one 9x5" loaf pans (or one 18x5" pan) with non-stick spray and parchment paper.
2.In a medium bowl, whisk together coconut oil, egg, yolk, vanilla, and banana puree.
3.Add Gluten-Free Mix and mix until just combined.4.Mix in chocolate chips, if desired.
5.Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle top of batter
with sugar in the raw, if desired.6.Bake in preheated oven until toothpick inserted in the
center comes out clean, about 70 - 75 minutes. 7.Cool completely before cutting.8.ENJOY!
