MY STORY
Monica Glass is an award-winning pastry chef, founder of WLDFR, and co-owner and chef of Verveine Cafe & Bakery. As a renowned pastry chef living with celiac disease, she has been recognized with numerous awards from Food & Wine magazine, Boston Magazine, and Zagat, as well as being named a Food Network "Chopped Sweets Champion". Monica, a nationally celebrated recipe creator, has worked with some of the nation's premiere chefs, restaurants, and brands, such as Gotham Bar & Grill, Le Bernardin, Clio, the Ritz Carlton, Kitchen Aid, and California Walnut, to name a few. Driven by a desire to redefine gluten-free baking, Monica has perfected flour blends through WLDFLR by Monica Glass, without compromising texture or taste. As the visionary behind the WLDFLR brand, these proprietary blends will be the secret ingredient behind many of the creations at Monica's latest venture, Verveine Cafe & Bakery.
Beyond her culinary endeavors, Monica recognized the need to bring balance to her own life and food and became a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health & Wellness coach via the acclaimed Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Today, Monica is committed to empowering others to cultivate a nourished, joyful life through the kitchen.
