Spicy Queso Dip

Here’s a Haute spin on an old classic using our signature Red Chili Lime Sauce. Enjoy this Spicy Queso Dip recipe.

Spicy Queso Dip

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 jalapeño, sliced

1 teaspoon minced garlic

3/4 cup Red Chili Lime sauce

1 pound Velveta Cheese, cut into cubes

1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, for garnish

Tortilla chips, for serving

Preparation

In a medium saucepan over medium heat combine oil, jalapeño, and garlic, sauté until jalapeño is soft, about 3 minutes.

Add the Red Chili Lime Sauce and stir until warm.

Add the cheese and stir frequently until melted.

Garnish with cilantro and serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.

Broccoli, Sweet Potato, & Garbanzo Bean Bowl

Hatch Roasted Chickpeas with Broccoli & Sweet Potatoes. One of the easiest recipes you will ever make.

Ingredients

1 large head broccoli, cut into florets (about 4 cups)

3 tablespoons olive oil, divided

1 tablespoon soy sauce or liquid aminos

1 large sweet potato, peeled and diced

1 can (15 ounces) of garbanzo beans, drained

1 tablespoon Hatch Sesame Balsamic sauce

1/4 cup tahini

1 teaspoon Hatch Sesame Balsamic

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons warm water


Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 425° and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. In a medium bowl, mix broccoli, 1 tablespoon olive oil, soy sauce, until well coated. Place onto right side of baking tray.

3. In the medium bowl, mix sweet potato and 1 tablespoon olive oil, until well coated. Season with salt and pepper. Place in the middle of the baking tray.

4. In the medium bowl, mix garbanzo beans, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and hatch sesame balsamic sauce. Place onto the left side of the baking tray.

5. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes, stirring each section, gently. Roast for another 15-20 minutes, until sweet potatoes are fork tender and chickpeas are crisp.

6. In the medium bowl, whisk together tahini, hatch sauce, garlic powder, slowly drizzle in warm water.

7. Line the bowl with tahini sauce, add roasted vegetables, top with fresh herbs.
