Rōze Traore is a chef, media personality and entrepreneur.

Mr. Traore is the creator of unique dining experiences for clients and iconic brands. At age 18, Roze packed up his knife kit and enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu. From there, he went to work in some of the most prestigious kitchens in the world including Eleven Madison Park and The NoMad.

Inspired by the different cultures and flavors experienced during his lifetime of travels, Rōze has perfected a distinct ability to translate elements of elevated fine-dining into approachable techniques for the enthusiastic home chef.
