MY STORY
Chef Peter Ambrose's career in the Culinary world began way back in 1984 at The Seafood Shop in Wainscott, New York. Here he gained his love and appreciation for the freshest seafood, produce and access to great ingredients Eastern Long Island had to offer.During the week Peter bounced back and forth from the filet room to front of house serving both Locals and Hamptons Elite who knew the best place to get the freshest seafood, most savvy advice, and best produce. On the weekend, Chef Peter gained his first experience in catering working with his Dad, Joseph Ambrose, doing Clambakes during the Summer in different client backyards and on the beach.Clients included the Sydney Lumet, George Plimpton, Kurt Vonegot and many others.
