Tahini Schnitzel

Chicken, Pork, Cauliflower, Tofu — schnitzel it all! A nutty tahini and sesame coating results in a juicy, tender center and crispy crust and earthy, yet elevated flavor.

This pairs perfectly with my Berbere Honey Glazed Carrots and Pickled Red Onion for a complete meal. Or serve it with a simple green salad or simple quick pickled smashed cucumbers.

With Superbowl snacks on our mind this week, why not make bite-sized Tahini Schnitzel Nuggets with a Tahini Ketchup (inspired by one of my favorite restaurants, LazerWolf)!
