Trending topics were the inspiration for the Smokey Spicy Philly Cheesesteak. Flat top grills are trending heavily this year and so are these videos of making a Cheesesteak on one. My first thought was, I can take this to the next level, followed by how to make it easy enough for anyone to make quickly on a weeknight. If you caramelize the onions and smoke the meat ahead of time and refrigerate, you can literally make this sandwich in 15 minutes!
