Michelle Velasquez Cinotti is an accomplished supervising culinary producer and food stylist with experience in a variety of food media outlets including prime-time television shows and digital content. Michelle’s television experience includes several competition reality series such as Food Network’s Chopped and Beat Bobby Flay, PBS’s the Great American Recipe, Amazon Freevee’s America’s Test Kitchen: Next Generation, Netflix’s Snack vs. Chef.  She has also worked on “in the kitchen” shows such as The Kitchen and The Bobby and Demaris Show. She has produced digital content for Roku’s Dishmantled, step-by-step cooking classes featuring Bobby Flay for the Food Network Kitchen app, and Facebook Live sessions for Bravo’s Top Chef Quickfire Challenge.  In addition, she has styled cooking segments for several day-time TV talk shows (The View, The Drew Barrymore Show, The Wendy Williams Show, The Harry Show,). Prior to working in food media, Michelle worked in some of the most iconic restaurant kitchens in New York City (Gramercy Tavern, Murray’s Cheese Bar) after graduating from the French Culinary Institute.
