Leading the charge is Project Green Fork, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting sustainable practices in area restaurants. Through certifications, education and community engagement, they challenge restaurants to reduce their environmental impact and support local agriculture.

Cheffie's Cafe: This beloved Collierville spot champions local, fresh ingredients. Their menu changes with the seasons, offering bright, creative dishes that showcase the bounty of the region. City Silo Table + Pantry: A focus on clean eating sets this health-focused cafe apart.
