Balsamic Vinaigrette
This homemade balsamic vinaigrettes is delicious and goes very nice with pasta salads like this one:

You can also use it as a marinate for meat or fish.
Ingredients
1/2 cups Extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsps Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsps Dijon mustard
1 tbsps Cappers
1 tbsps Honey
1 tsps Oregano
1 tsps Sea salt
1 pinch Black pepper
Preparation
In a clean tall jar mix all the ingredients, except the salt. Mix vigorously to form the emulsion, taste and depending on your taste ass salt. Mix again.
Add this vinaigrette to your favorite salads, just remember to mix before adding it to your dishes.

Note: You can chop the cappers if you prefer and you can add more or less of the seasoning of this vinaigrette.
