Beef tartare a la Mexicana
I like to make this version of beef tartare several times each summer, it is easy, fresh and you won’t need to turn on the stove or the oven.
This recipe is made with raw meat, is under your consideration to consume raw meet.
Ingredients
1 pounds Extra lean ground beef
10 medium Limes, squeezed
3 medium Tomatoes, diced
1 medium Shallots, diced
1 bunch Cilantro, chopped
1 tbsps Olives, sliced
1 tbsps Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
1 medium Serrano peppers, chopped
1 tsps Hot sauce
12 medium Corn tostadas
1 tsps Sea salt
1 pinch Pepper
1 medium Avocados, sliced
Preparation
I like to make this recipe with the leanest beef I can find, also I like to use grass feed organic meat freshly grounded. Always buy the meat for this recipe with a trusted butcher.
A night before I will serve this dish, I squeeze the lime juice and pour it over the meat, add the Worcestershire sauce and a little bit of salt. and refrigerate overnight.
Add all the other ingredients of the recipe with exception of the avocados, stir, seasoned to taste.
If you want yiu can add a splash of EVOO!
I like to make tostadas with this tartare a la Mexicana!
