Recientemente la salsa macha es una de mis salsas favoritas y aquí te comparto mi receta y como hacerla. Esta es la base para la salsa macha, pero tu puedes usar los chiles secos que a ti mas te gusten y también así puedes controlar que tan picosa la quieras. Si te gusta un poco mas dulce puedes poner un poco de chocolate, piloncillo or azúcar morena.
Puedes usar esta salsa como cualquier otra salsa y guisar carne o tus mariscos favoritos!
