1C granulated sugar

1 3/4C all purpose flour
1t baking powder
1t baking soda
1/4C + 3T dutch cocoa
1/2t salt
1C + 2T buttermilk
1/2C cold brew or strong coffee
Flan
4 eggs
4oz mascarpone or cream cheese
4oz white chocolate
1t mexican vanilla
14oz condensed milk
12oz evaporated milk
Port soaked prunes
6oz dried prunes
1/4C agave syrup can be substituted with maple syrup
4oz port
Caramel
14oz dulce de leche
