Apple Clafoutis

Ingredients

3 medium Eggs

1/2 cups Sugar

1 cups Whole Milk

1 tsps Vanilla Extract

2 tsps Butter, melted

1/2 cups AP flour

2 medium Apples

1 pinch Powdered sugar, (for serving)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 325ºF.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until creamy. Whisk in the milk and

vanilla, then add the melted butter.

Slowly add in the flour, whisking constantly, until the batter is smooth and fully

incorporated.

Lightly grease a 9-inch round cake pan or medium skillet, then pour in the batter and

spread in an even layer. Top the batter with the apples.

Bake until golden brown and puffed, 35-40 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and

serve immediately.
