Lish is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and for over 25 years has worked in the culinary arts and food service industries. For over seven years she was the VP of Culinary Operations and Production for the celebrity chef, Giada De Laurentiis. While there she had a critical role in creating and building Giada’s brand. This included opening and managing three restaurants, overseeing menu development, BOH training, hiring of staff and assisting in the overall design of each space. Lish also created a pasta pop-up restaurant in NYC, executed three cookbooks, multiple culinary product collaborations, special events and numerous celebrity charity dinners. On her third Emmy nomination, Lish won an ‘Outstanding Culinary Program’ Emmy in 2020 for being the culinary producer for Giada Entertains.

Her career began in restaurants before she moved on to become a food stylist and recipe developer for places such as Food Network, New York Times, Gourmet magazine and the Today Show, where she was a food stylist for five years.

She competed on the Food Network show, Chopped, and walked away with the win. Lish has also been featured in the book Chef’s Ink and Elle Sweden magazine for her unique food tattoos and recipes. She was recently a guest judge on Food Network’s Vegas Chef Prizefight, is a contributor for Giada DeLaurentiis’ lifestyle brand Giadzy and is a recurring chef on the Epicurious YouTube series, “Pro Chef vs. Home Cook.” Lish, along with her wife, co-founded the brand The Taste Curators, where they set out to inspire joy through the connections of food, fashion and design.
