Guacamole + Pico de Gallo
The only thing that is missing with your margarita is the snacks. Luckily I’m looking out for you. Here’s the perfect snack to have with your pineapple margarita.
Ingredients
For the Pico
3 Roma tomatoes chopped
1 bunch of cilantro finely minced
1/2 jalapeno ribs and seeds removed, minced
1/3c white onion, minced
Salt & pepper
3 ripe Hass avocados
1/2c of pico
1/4tsp cumin
1/4tsp heaping chili powder
1 crushed garlic clove
1/4tsp salt
few cracks of black pepper
Juice of 1/2 lime
Preparation
1. Mix all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.

1. In a small bowl, add avocado.
2. Add the spices and lime juice to the bowl with the avocado.
3. Mix until guacamole is evenly mixed with the spices.
4. Add 1/2c of the pico de gallo from above
5. Carefully mix until incorporated.
6. Add guacamole to the serving dish and serve with leftover pico de gallo for another salsa Fresca to enjoy!
