Overnight Oats

These are a great make-ahead breakfast that is also easy to pop in your bag if you’re on the go. It is very customizable and will make having a delicious, nutritious breakfast a snap. You can also add in a tablespoon of chia seeds or flax seeds for some extra fiber. Here are some ways I like to customize it:

  • strawberries and drizzle of unsweetened peanut butter

  • Blueberries and kiwi and some almonds for crunch

  • Strawberries, Blueberries, dollop of Greek yogurt
