MY STORY
I am a 14 year kitchen veteran with a culinary background in multiple cuisines. From California farm to table to Middle Eastern my palette has expanded across the world. I’ve made the transition to private chef/teacher in hopes to have more intimate interactions with clients who are a little apprehensive of getting their hands dirty in the kitchen.
My philosophy in the kitchen is that every person has the tools to be a Michelin star chef, they just need the proper teacher to help them believe. That’s where I come in! From teaching proper knife skills to knowledge around seasonal ingredients, Chef Khy will help bring you up to speed.
