Keshia Hay is the chef & owner of BōTANIQUE
(formerly sip n bite).
A native to Nashville, she studied fashion design and merchandising. Her experience in the food and beverage industry spans over 20+years.
Establishing sip n bite in 2012, she spent the following years cultivating beautiful sensory driven experiences for clients and collaborators alike. Keshia’s life evolved and expanded in new ways. Becoming a mom and craving more from her creativity and business, the story lovingly transformed into BōTANIQUE.
BōTANIQUE is a culinary lifestyle brand focused on celebrating the art of intimate gatherings and magical musings for the home, through a botanical lens.
Three is the magic number formulating a triptych with SOIRÉE, CULINAIRE & RITUEL. Each designed to encompass the many facets of florals and the way we use them in the culinary space or home.
Chef Keshia’s culinary talents have been featured in various publications and podcasts including Cherry Bombe, BRIDE, and Nashville Voyager.
