I'm Chef Joe Cumberland, a chef currently with Pearl River Resort in my hometown of Philadelphia,  Mississippi.  I'm also the owner and pitmaster of Bulldog BBQ, a catering company offering the best BBQ in the world. I'm a competitive BBQ and steak cook, having won numerous awards, including being a member of the current #6 whole hog team in the world for Memphis in May. I've been a professional chef for 7 years now, but began cooking at the age of 8. When I'm not in the kitchen, I'm spending time with my family or on the set of a movie as an actor.
