MY STORY
JB Douglas is a forager and food maker with a background in design and small-scale food operations. His food is plant-forward, thoughtfully designed, and queer as hell. JB directs the culinary and community development work at Foraged Market, meaning he forages, cooks, shoots, edits, and develops recipes for all the food content you see on Foraged's site and socials. When he's not foraging or cooking, JB is earning his Master's in Sustainable Food Systems from the Culinary Institute of America. His studies are focused on recipe development and food media as a tool for creating demand in the burgeoning wild food industry.
