Jarrott Moonitz is the Chef at Durkin's Liquor Bar in Downtown Spokane, WA.  Born in California and raised in the PNW, he has returned to the place he always called home to settle back in.  

Jarrott grew up in a family that cared about food and made good food a priority.  This led to an interest in restaurants at a young age, and developed into a career path, beginning as a dishwasher and working his way up the ladder for many years.  After spending a considerable amount of time in Portland and the Oregon Cascades, cooking in various kitchens, partnering in a restaurant, cooking in the forest at a beautiful lodge and becoming a proper chef, Jarrott was ready to bring this experience back to where he grew up, and landed the gig with Durkin's Liquor Bar where he currently leads the kitchen and serves a menu of  upscale American & European tavern dishes, and, Spokane's Best Burger.
