MY STORY
Giuseppe is a chef with a serious weakness for carbs. He is at most in his element cooking and enjoying food and wine with others. His passion for food began as a child learning from his Mother and Nonna. As time went on the relationship with food only grew stronger, so much so that he left his career in finance, to go train in Italy at Alma the school of Maestro Gualtiero Marchesi, and learn from the most esteemed kitchens in Italy. He honed his craft working in restaurants and as a recipe developer, today he is private chef for the NYC elite.
