Highly adaptable Chef with a breadth of experience, from contributing to the success of high-profile fine dining restaurants, to managing both the creative and logistical side of a high volume catering business. During my career I have participated in every aspect of the restaurant industry, including sourcing ingredients by cultivating meaningful relationships with local farms and growing farm-to-table vegetables and herbs, managing the kitchen, and developing creative and seasonal culinary menus for discerning guests. I will forever be a student of the craft, knowing that reaching the goal of a Master Culinarian is a life long commitment. I take the pursuit of this mission seriously and with humility.
