MY STORY
Erin D’Elia has spent most of her professional career helping people create events that celebrate milestones in their lives, national & international corporate events—starting a career as a chef for restaurants and hotels, leading to a private chef specializing in gourmet health food. Eventually, these experiences culminated in directing a team that produced multiple national air shows on the eastern seaboard of the united states. However, with time, Erin has stepped away from events and the constant demands of a Traditional Kitchen. Instead, she has started to travel in a 25’ long Leisure RV while returning to her roots of cooking tasty, healthy meals, sharing food medicine, and exploring farm-to-table meals from a 3’ Kitchen as she explores the United States.
