How to Flood a Cookie!

Ahhh, flooding. It is the base of every decorated cookie and is surprisingly challenging! Getting a smooth flood certainly takes some practice.

Some additional tips:

1. Let your cookie dry in front of a fan (or below) and let it dry completely before covering

2. If you’re having trouble getting a smooth finish, try using a thinner flood consistency by adding a little more water.
