Lil Em'sEmily Yetter

Emily is the sole owner/employee of Lil Em’s: a high end LA based custom cookie company. Emily hails from a small coastal town in Massachusetts where she spent Decembers decorating cookies (terribly) with her family for their friends and neighbors. She left at 18 to attend UCLA’s theatre school and subsequently performed in various theatrical productions across the country. The funny thing about being an actor, however, is that you spend most of your time not acting! She therefore got veryyyy good at her various hobbies like the aerial arts and eventually, cookie decorating with royal icing! Once she made my first batch of royal icing in 2018, she was hooked. She’s spent approximately 9,600 hours (and always growing) working on her art and cannot wait to share her knowledge with you! Some very-cool-and-totally-not-braggy-opportunities she’s had include making cookies for Loro Piana, Adidas, GT’s Living Foods, a-list celebrities and proudly won second place at the 2022 National CookieCon Sugar Show for her dilapidated gingerbread house.
