MY STORY
Elena Besser is a Brooklyn-based Chicago-bred trained cook, tv host, and recipe developer. Elena studied theatre and film at Northwestern University, got her culinary degree at ICC in 2016, and trained at 3-star NYT restaurant Lilia under James Beard award-winning chef Missy Robbins. She makes regular appearances on The Today Show where she showcases tips, tricks, and recipes to make restaurant-quality food at home. Elena has done over 100+ live cooking classes on Food Network Kitchen, and contributes to Bon Appetit, Food52, Food Network, Cooking Channel & Amazon. Her style of cuisine is heavily influenced by her Italian training and Middle Eastern roots with the perfect amount of midwestern flair.
