Classic Hong Kong Style Wonton Noodle Soup
Homemade shrimp dumplings, fresh herbs, baby bok choy in chicken broth
Ingredients
For Wontons
1 Pk Hong Kong Style Wonton Wrap (30 - 40 wraps)
1 LB peeled shrimp (roughly chopped)
2 oz shitake mushroom (minced)
1 tspn grated ginger.
1 bunch green onions (finely chopped)
1 tspn light soy sauce
1/2 tspn salt
pinch of sugar
pinch of ground white pepper
1 Tsp shaoxing wine
1 Tsp sesame oil
Broth
2 qt chicken broth
1 pc kombu
2 oz mushroom (same for wonton fillings)
1 oz ginger
.5 oz sugar
1 oz soy sauce
salt & white pepper to taste
To serve
Fresh herbs
bok choy
5 oz fresh ramen per person
