I took a gastronomy course at the French School Le Cordon Bleu during a period I lived in Paris. It was from there that I fell in love with gastronomy. Back in Brazil, in São Paulo, I decided to improve myself and studied at the Anhembi Morumbi College of Gastronomy, where I graduated in 2004. I realized that people really wanted to know my recipes and my way of cooking and I started teaching at my home, until come the pandemic.
It was then that I felt the need to share knowledge and dedicate myself to teaching my recipes on the social network Instagram, showing the preparation of tasted and approved dishes. My desire is to inspire people to value good food and enjoy the charms of the kitchen, whether making a simple starter or a more sophisticated dish. Today I count with a community of more than 380 thousand followers on Instagram.
