Christie has been a part of the Longo’s Loft Team since 2017. She teaches Loft Cooking Classes both virtually and in-person and lends her expertise and recipe creation to the whole Loft Cooking School program. Christie started cooking at a young age at her mom’s side and began working professionally in Toronto in the early 90’s. Her skills have taken her through many types of cuisine, but baking holds a special place in her heart!
