The Wine Connection - Domaine Crêt de Bine

I had the great pleasure of tasting at Domaine Crêt de Bine this summer. François and Marie-Therèse Subrin, the owners, grow 5 hectares of vines in the village of Sarcy. Domaine du Crêt de Bine sits on a high plateau, between the Monts Beaujolais and the Monts Lyonnais, in the Beaujolais appellation. The vineyards of Domaine du Crêt de Bine are located on granite soils with deposits of feldspar and quartz, lending richness and a unique complexity to the wines.
