Most recently the Pastry Chef of Zahav and Executive Chef of K'Far in Philadelphia, Camille Cogswell was named the James Beard Foundation's Rising Star Chef in 2018, and in 2020 one of both Forbes 30 Under 30 and Food & Wine's Best New Chefs. Camille's new project is called Walnut Family Bakery, a soon-to-open wood-fired bakery in the mountains of Western NC that will serve pizza, pastries, bread, pies, and more.
