I’m Adeline, a french amateur cook. From my childhood I remember the long family time spent in the kitchen, my grandmother cooking, everybody helping, laughing, drinking wine. My grandfather coming from the garden with vegetables, fresh thyme and strawberries (just for me!) .

I began with pastry and crêpes, classic french food, then I discovered asian savors, sushis, Mexican food and more !

Before Youtube and social media, it was sometimes hard to find recipes (and some ingredients!) 

It was the beginning of a long adventure time learning to cook, trying, failing and most importantly: enjoying meals with friends. 

When the first quarantine hit, they encouraged me to keep going and share my recipes online. 

Here you can find my own cooking : simple, tasty, seasonal, mostly veggies and inspired by italian « cucina povera » as for years my heart has been half italian. 

For some people cooking is boring or even stressful, to me it’s a way to freeze time, chill, and take care of myself and the others. 

You don’t need to be a pro, you don’t need to have a lot of time or fancy tools for good homemade meals! 

A sharped knife, a nice playlist, a little creativity…

Badaboum, et voilà ! Dinner’s ready!
