The perfect recipe for sourdough discard! Recently I have been baking focaccia bread for friends and family yet I felt like I was not challenging myself. I have been baking for two years and wanted to try something new. Something a bit more exciting that would also help our cause of forgetting to buy burger buns at the grocery store. So I give you the sweet potato sourdough bun. Nice outter crust with a beautiful soft and fluffy inside.
