Whole Grain Sourdough Pita

Thanks to Artisan Bryan, I am diving deeper into my sourdough baking. I do love baking pizza but I believe it is time to explore more(also it is too cold to bake outside)

Here we have my twist on his Whole Grain Pita recipe. A fun & simple bake that brings joys to all. Yields lots of pita dough allowing a family friendly bite that gets everyone off their feet to have a bite. Rather throwing in more ingredients to make it a sandwich or tearing it apart to enjoy with some hummus the end results will all be the same, smiles.
