KELP PESTO PASTA WITH PAN-SEARED SHRIMP

Are you kelp-curious? Interested in checking out what all this 'kelp as super-food' hype is about, but don't know where to start?  We made the simplest pesto for a seafood pasta with just a couple of kelp cubes, some chopped garlic and a few tablespoons of butter cooked for just a few minutes, then topped with CleanFish Organic shrimp.  Atlantic Sea Farms kelp is never dried, never dyed, and is grown in the great state of Maine. Kelp is an ancient food with a brilliant future, improving the quality of the water where its raised and expanding opportunities for fishermen.  This is a pesto every ocean-lover can get behind!
