This video provides highlights from my 90-minute baking class for Apple Galette. You don’t need any baking experience! Recipe is accessible for all cooking levels.
I host this class for companies and organizations as fun and interactive team building experience. Baking kits are delivered that include all ingredients, plus a silicone pastry mat & rolling pin to help you create a beautifully crafted galette. Participants can choose either the “Classic” or “Gluten-Free” Baking Kit — either option is vegan.I create a highly engaging experience via Zoom, and handle all the logistics for you. Multiple camera angles allow participants can see me as well as close-up of cooking steps. My tech assistant helps ensure a good online experience for all participants.
