Join me as I walk us through the second half of tins of specialty conserva I hand-carried back from my recent trip to land of the canned (aka Portugal) 🐟

In Part 1, I showcased Jose Gourmet’s upcoming offerings as well as their forthcoming premium lable “ABC+”.

This time, I’ll be tackling Conservera de Lisboa’s Tricana & Minor labels, Lisbon’s very own Miss Can brand, as well as a slew of miscellaneous tins from some of the oldest and best producers on the planet 🌍

I’ll even crack a tin or two of summin’ extra special. Come hang at the chef’s table, learn, ask questions, and nerd out!
