Join me as I walk us through the dozens of tins of specialty conserva I hand-carried back from my recent trip to land of the canned (aka Portugal).

I’ll be showcasing classics and new arrivals alike and sharing what’s exciting me most about the next wave of tinned seafood coming hitting shelves.

I’ll even crack a tin or two and unveil some limited-edition R&D cans I was gifted by Jose Gourmet:
