Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies
Gourmet red velvet cookies using a BOX CAKE MIX! This has the hint of chocolate with the pairing of white chocolate chips for a full, satisfying sweet. Ingredients
1 Red velvet Box Cake mix
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
Parchment paper
2 baking sheets
Optional: 2-inch ice cream scoop
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place dry ingredients, eggs, and vegetable oil into a bowl and mix until a dough consistency.
Fold in white chocolate chips.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Use your 2-inch cookie scoop to get uniform cookies
Bake for 12 minutes.
Take out of the oven, let chill for 5 minutes, EAT!
Can stay up to 3 days in an air-tight container.
