Pink Valentine's Day Cookies

These might not be gourmet but they’re fast, easy and cute!

Ingredients

2 medium Eggs

1/2 cups Vegetable Oil

15 1⁄4 ounce Duncan Hines Perfectly Moist Strawberry Supreme Cake Mix, (One Box)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F

Mix eggs and oil together then fold in cake batter.

Using a 1oz ice cream scoop, place scooped cookies on a parchment lined sheet pan spread 3” apart.

Bake for 10 minutes and cool on a wire rack.
